Jeff has over 30 years of workers’ compensation claims experience. His focus for the last 13 years has been Medicare compliance related to settlement of workers’ compensation claim. He has completed Medicare Set-Aside Analyses (MSAs) on over 1000 workers’ compensation claims and assisted clients with the CMS review process on over 500 settlements. He is a frequent speaker and writer on Medicare compliance issues. He has held the Medicare Set-Aside Certified Consultant (MSCC) credential since 2009. He has held the Certified Medicare Secondary Payer (CMSP) professional designation since 2011. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Alabama where he also played baseball. Jeff loves a round of golf, ballgame, or poker game with friends and family.

Thomas (Tom) Hoskins joined MAPS Medical following his 2021 retirement from the Air Force after 26 years. Tom’s experience includes leading large acquisition organizations, strategic sourcing, implementing organizational change, systems acquisition, sustainment acquisition, and program management. He is responsible for the day-to-day operation of MAPS Medical. He is a Department of Defense Certified Acquisition Professional. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Virginia Military Institute as well as a M.S. in Strategic Purchasing from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Tom is an avid sport fan and enjoys playing golf, cooking, surfing, and spending time with the family and friends.

Jennifer joined MAPS Medical in May 2022 as the Finance Director. She is responsible for the accounts payables and receivables, provider payments, budget & financial reports. She helps recruit physicians and maintain relationships for the MAPS Provider network. Jennifer has a M.S. in Secondary Education from University of Southern Mississippi and a B.S. in Secondary Education from Mississippi State University. Jennifer has taught mathematics and has bookkeeper experience from a local retail business. She previously worked for Monterey Consultants supporting a medical provider network. In her spare time, she maintains her physical health by working out and running. Jennifer enjoys watching sporting events that usually contain one of her three children or traveling to the beach, lake or mountains with family and friends.

Renee comes to MAPS Medical with over 25 years of medical-legal experience with the last 18years as a registered nurse in various specialties. Her top priority as the Quality Assurance Manager is ensuring a thorough and detailed review of all medical reports along with establishing and building a rapport with clients and providers.
